WHAT WE DO
We have a wealth of experience, across a range of sectors, including mixed use new build, residential extensions, and commercial renovations, overseeing every aspect from initial concept to final completion. With accreditation from the Architects Registration Board (ARB), your confidence in us is well-placed, as we assure you of a service marked by unwavering commitment to quality.

We also have vast experience in construction with more completions for happy customers than you can shake a stick at. We are always happy to quote for the construction portion of the works as well as design your project.
HOW WE DO IT

Concept Design
We begin by meeting with you at your site/ home, to discuss your aspirations. Whether it's a small extension to the rear or a new development in the garden, we listen closely to you throughout, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive design package that encapsulates your vision and preferences.

Planning
Where planning is required, we handle the submission and oversight of your planning application, maintaining open communication with the local authority. Rest assured, your peace of mind is our priority as we work on your behalf.

Technical Design
Following planning approval, we produce a more detailed, comprehensive drawing package to ensure precise costing, within your budget. We then work with you to appoint the right contractor, (it does not have to be us but we are happy to give a cost for the works). Depending on which route is preferred we are able to facilitating contractor interviews where required, and guide you through the process of appointing a contractor.

Construction
As contractor we have a point of contact for our site works who will be with you from start to finish.
Where we are not contractor, we are able to conduct regular site visits, ensuring that works are progressing as agreed. Your project's success is our focus, and we proactively manage on site activities to bring your vision to life.
